Why In-Person Learning Matters
While online learning provides a strong foundation, nothing compares to the depth of understanding gained through in-person experience. As we build relationships with plants, we also strengthen our connection with life itself and the forces that shape health and well-being.
With over 25 years of experience teaching Plant Spirit Medicine, we have seen firsthand how the insights gained from in-person training are invaluable. Learning in a shared space allows us to access wisdom beyond books and theory—something felt; something embodied.
A Sacred Place: Blue Deer Center
Level 2 takes place at Blue Deer Center, a sacred land nestled in the serene mountains of Upstate New York.
Here, amidst whispering trees and the rhythmic flow of a peaceful river, you will step beyond the ordinary into a space of stillness, wonder, and transformation. This land holds a quiet power—an invitation to awaken to the aliveness of all beings and deepen your communion with nature and spirit.
Founded by Eliot Cowan, Blue Deer Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and sharing ancient wisdom. People from around the world come here to renew their sense of purpose, belonging, and connection to the sacred.
